all facilities remain well and clean, can tell they have a very nice manage system . Everyday the clean the room well and the reception are all gorgeous and friendly helpful.

Incredibly fancy hotel, well-suited for business. However, we travelled and used this as a quick stop to Hanoi and we were a bit judged by the staff for not being ‘neat and tidy’ due to our motorbike. All in all, the fanciest hotel ever but be aware that you should fit in.

I felt really welcomed by the staff. Smiles and helpfulness I received. The staff clearly knows what the meaning of hospitality is. I would recommend this hotel to every traveler who is looking for a comfortable place to stay. 🙂

We had a comfortable stay and the staff were excellent. Due to the location we had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

Heloo! It was very nice; really enjoyed all facilities! The Vietnamese food (during breakfast) was amazing!! I perefers, Vietnamese food and used to eat it regulary.
